Some tend to cut corners when they run into problems that may take more time than they anticipated. Some companies have several jobs going on the same day. How can the owner watch all these subcontractors at the same time? This tends to lead to unsupervised work and bad results. ABCO Roofing employees are paid by the hour and not by the job; regardless of the work entailed. In addition, our foreman is on the job 100% of the time. The foreman´s sole purpose is to make sure the job is done right.

Our crew is one of the largest in Middle Tennessee. We generally have 10-18 men on every job EVERY day compared to most crews of 3-6 men. The foreman has been with ABCO Roofing for over 20 years in addition to our 10 year core crew. This speaks volumes for our company. Afterward, we use a magnetic sweeper to pick up nails for your protection. ABCO Roofing never pulls trucks into yards. All supplies are wheel barrowed to the house to ensure complete client satisfaction.
